Read it top to bottom. The examination is deliberately not a decision tree — you run the same core battery on every patient, because you do not know where the lesion is until you have finished. There is exactly one real branch, near the bottom.
Solid teal boxes are the core you always do. Dashed amber boxes apply only when the gate written on them is true. Faint boxes are tests to leave out — unreliable or low-yield, and dropping them is what makes the exam short enough to actually get done.
Every box carries two layers, and you can switch either one off in the side rail: Physical — how to perform the test with your hands — and Software — which parameter it fills in Casoa and what the engine does with it. Boxes with nothing to say in the layers you have selected fade out.
